The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong operational expertise and a passion for building resilient security programs. As a senior project manager, you will Develop and maintain Emergency Action Plans and partner preparedness programs for non-retail facilities. Lead incident response planning and coordination, ensuring timely and effective communication during security events. Oversee guard force delivery management, including vendor performance, compliance, and service quality. Conduct physical security audits and assessments to identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies. Collaborate across the organization—including Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), Workplace Solutions, property management, and executive protection—to ensure alignment on security standards and operational readiness. Manage special event security planning and execution. Drive continuous improvement in security systems issue identification and resolution processes. Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall security and resilience mission. We'd love to hear from people with: Bachelor's degree in security management, Emergency Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in physical security, emergency management, or incident response. Proven experience managing security vendors and guard force operations. Strong knowledge of physical security systems, risk assessments, and compliance standards. Security technology platforms (e.g., Genetec, Axis, Zenitel).
