From the document: “The Senior Project Manager is responsible for ensuring high quality products and services that are delivered according to the agreed schedule and budget… and may be responsible to review projects across program for consistency with program objectives.” Key Responsibilities · • Develop project charters, plans of action, and milestone schedules. · • Conduct assessments of hospital support, space, and operational needs. · • Lead working groups and coordinate subject matter experts. · • Prepare formal reports, presentations, and visualization products. · • Participate in clinical planning meetings and respond to RFIs. · • Review recommendations for compliance with federal regulations and standards. · • Support long‑term planning and updates to the Master Plan. Minimum Qualifications · • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience. · • Experience in healthcare master or strategic planning. · • Experience leading and managing teams. · • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. · • Preferred: AutoCAD, MS Project, Revit. · • Strong communication and leadership skills. Physical Requirements · • Ability to conduct on‑site assessments. · • Extended periods of computer and meeting‑based work.
