Key Responsibilities Manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Coordinate design consultants, contractors, and stakeholders. Monitor progress and identify risks or delays. Manage change control processes and project documentation. Lead project meetings and progress reporting. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Support procurement and contractor selection processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management. PMP certification preferred. Experience 10–15 years in project management roles. Experience with major development or infrastructure projects. Skills Project planning and coordination. Risk management and stakeholder engagement. Strong reporting and organizational skills.
