Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager - PMCM (Project Management and Construction Management) to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing complex construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Lead and manage multiple large-scale construction projects simultaneously, overseeing all aspects of project lifecycle Develop and implement project management plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met Conduct regular project status meetings and provide comprehensive reports to senior management and clients Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing effective solutions to overcome challenges Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards Optimize project performance through the application of best practices in construction management Mentor and develop junior project team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement Analyze project data and key performance indicators to drive process improvements and efficiencies Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors Stay updated on industry trends and innovative construction technologies to enhance project delivery Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required Minimum 12 years of experience in project management, with a focus on large-scale construction projects Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget Strong proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 In-depth knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and industry standards Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively Experience in risk management, quality control, and contract administration Proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Knowledge of sustainable construction practices and LEED certification processes Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) software is a plus Additional certifications such as PRINCE2 or LEED AP are desirable Willingness to travel within the UAE and potentially to other project sites in the region Additional Information About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
