Job Description We are currently looking Senior PMO Analyst for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions. Skills: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of project management office experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role. • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Good experience in tools like Planview, power BI and other analytical tools • High Proficiency in creating and presenting project reports, including dashboards and steering committee reports Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement robust project management methodologies and standards. • Generate detailed dashboards and steering committee reports. • Prepare presentations for senior executive teams • Lead discussions and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting project progress and addressing any issues. • Monitor project performance, providing regular status reports to stakeholders. • Identify and address project management gaps by implementing corrective actions and solutions. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. • Facilitate project planning sessions and workshops to identify constraints and interdependencies . • Provide guidance and support to project teams. • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and templates. • Ensure governance and compliance with established standards and practices.
