As a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for managing and driving IT-related projects across our organization. You will work in a consulting-oriented role, collaborating with stakeholders across different entities to ensure the successful implementation of key business systems.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage complex IT projects, including ERP implementations, webshop development, and business software rollouts
  • Ensure smooth project execution, from scoping and planning to implementation and post-go-live support
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple business units and external stakeholders to align project goals
  • Work closely with IT architects to ensure the integration and scalability of new solutions
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvements within projects
  • Act as a consultant, guiding teams and stakeholders on best practices in project execution and change management

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an IT-related environment
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale IT projects, such as ERP implementations, webshop launches, or business software integrations
  • Strong understanding of IT architecture and digital transformation in a wholesale/e-commerce environment
  • Experience in consulting or a consulting-like role is a strong plus
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Hands-on and solution-oriented mindset with a strong ability to work independently
  • Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)
