We invite an experienced, motivated, and proactive Senior Project Manager to join our Engineering Presales team at Dev.Pro. In this role, you’ll drive the full presales cycle, coordinating experts and managing RFPs, RFQs, and similar opportunities. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and technical teams to help the company win new business while also continuously improving our presales processes. 🟩 What's in it for you: Join a fast-growing IT company and work with Sales, Delivery, and technical teams on high-profile client opportunities Lead end-to-end presales efforts, shaping proposals, estimates, and presentations that help Dev.Pro win new business Drive presales improvements to streamline workflows and boost results ✅ Is that you? 5+ years in project management, including 2+ years in presales Strong presales leadership and experience managing end-to-end presales processes and proposals Experience with global clients, translating business needs into delivery solutions Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and on-time delivery Technical knowledge to lead discussions with experts Strong understanding of SDLC and PM methods Hands-on project planning, estimation, and delivery oversight Process improvement and cross-team coordination experience Upper-Intermediate+ English level Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation Autonomy, accountability, adaptability, and strong decision-making under uncertainty Desirable: Proposal development experience (RFP/RFQ responses, discovery calls, estimations) Domain knowledge in fintech, hospitality, or retail 🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end presales efforts, connecting sales, delivery, and technical teams to create clear, client-ready proposals that win new business.
