Description
Overview We are seeking a highly capable and driven Senior Project Manager to lead multiple concurrent client engagements . You will be the primary delivery owner for complex IT services projects spanning OSS (Operations Support Systems), network management platforms, and BSS (Business Support Systems), working with tier-1 telecom operators globally. This is a high-impact, offshore-based role demanding sharp technical instincts, rigorous process discipline, and the confidence to engage stakeholders from C-suite executives to hands-on engineers Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of 3–5 concurrent client engagements from initiation through closure, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and on-quality outcomes. Author and negotiate Statements of Work (SOW), Change Requests, and project charters with precision and contractual clarity. Maintain robust project artefacts — plans, RAID logs, status dashboards, decision registers — with meticulous attention to detail. Drive project governance cadence including steering committees, weekly status reviews, and executive briefings. Technical Project Leadership Translate complex OSS/BSS and network domain requirements into actionable delivery plans, working closely with architects, developers, and integration engineers. Provide meaningful technical oversight on system integration, network management, mediation, provisioning, and assurance projects. Assess and mitigate technical risks proactively, escalating with context and proposed resolution paths. Bridge the gap between technical delivery teams and non-technical client stakeholders with clarity and credibility Stakeholder Management Build and sustain trusted relationships across the full stakeholder spectrum — from CIO/CTO and VP-level sponsors to project leads and hands-on network engineers. Adapt communication style, depth, and format for the audience — executive summaries for leadership, detailed technical updates for delivery teams. Navigate competing priorities and politically complex client environments with diplomacy and confidence. Process, Metrics & Compliance Champion adherence to internal delivery frameworks, quality gates, and PMO processes without exception. Define, track, and report on KPIs and SLAs across all managed engagements; surface trends and drive corrective action. Ensure financial hygiene: forecast accuracy, time-sheet compliance, invoice readiness, and margin tracking. Contribute to PMO continuous improvement — refining templates, playbooks, and delivery standards. AI & Productivity Innovation Actively identify and pilot AI tools to automate routine project management tasks — status reporting, meeting summaries, risk analysis, SOW drafting. Champion a productivity-first mindset across the delivery team, sharing AI-enabled workflows and coaching team members on adoption. Stay current on emerging AI capabilities relevant to telecom delivery contexts and bring forward actionable proposals.
