Description

Manages projects with significant complexity, risk, reach and noticeable impact for parts of the company: Manages diverse project team with members of multiple functions across IFX and a complex project structure. Manages and controls the entire project life-cycle and ensures hand-over to sustaining function. Masters / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Automation, Electrical, Computer Science) Project Management Professional Certification (IPMA level C) mandatory. 8 years working experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment, with good exposure & understanding in Digitalization transformation or business process of Packaging Development & Manufacturing Operations, 5 years of leading projects and acted as a formal tutor or mentor; certified Scrum Master will be added advantage. Has in-depth project management knowledge in terms of project initiation, planning and closing including reporting and documentation; is able to select, scale and combine the appropriate project methodologies. Has good knowledge in project-related legal topics and manages financial aspects. Has a panoramic view on the development topic and understanding of relevant functional inter-dependencies to orchestrate them. We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
