Is fully responsible for all operational decisions in the project and for the successful achievement of all project targets (time, quality, cost and budget). Job Description In your new role you will: Plans, organizes, and controls the project/ sub-projects with minor complexity (up to project classification class D), risk, impact and reach: Manages a medium sized project team with members from multi functional groups. Manages and controls the entire project life-cycle and ensures hand-over to sustaining function. Organizes the activities and resources needed for the project to ensure timely release of each milestone. Key communication interface (for project related matters), representing Back End to other Infineon Divisions (e.g. Business lines, Central Functions e.g. Finance, PTI, FE Fabs) . Forms and leads the project team and assigns responsibilities within project to Project Managers of sub-projects and Project Members. Uses IFX project management tools to structure projects, control progress and for reporting and documentation. Drives problem solving activities within the project using standard Ifx trouble shooting methodologies, eg 8D, 5 Whys. Continuously focuses on project quality, assesses progress and ensures that goals are met even in the face of challenges. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Masters / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, Physics. Project Management Professional Certification, preferred. Has solid project management knowledge in terms of project initiation, planning and closing including reporting and documentation. Good knowledge in semiconductor engineering and operation. Good aptitude for collaboration, people management, negotiation and solution finding. Able to lead team to solve standard problem (using 8D, Is-Is Not, FMEA) #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
