Description

Technical education in buildings construction or equivalent. Minimum 5 years' experience in project management, specifically delivering manufacturing and/or industrial construction projects, ideally with experience across all project phases (planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, handover). Demonstrated track record of managing manufacturing/industrial projects from concept through to completion and handover. Polish building license. Able to manage construction outside of residence, if required. Experience with FIDIC contracts and/or EPCM project delivery models preferred. Prior experience in a consultancy environment with a strong understanding of manufacturing sector requirements is a significant advantage. Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken) required. Strong technical knowledge supported by hands-on experience. Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets, contracts, and risk. Agile, adaptable, and responsive to changing requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to present ideas clearly and concisely. Confident, proactive, solutions-oriented, and client-focused team player. High level of commitment and availability.

Responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager will oversee manufacturing and industrial construction projects from concept through to completion and handover. This includes managing all project phases such as planning, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
