Description
Lead and manage multiple projects to ensure the realization of value, quality, and on-time delivery of defined scope Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects Communicate project status regularly to various stakeholders Perform risk management to mitigate potential risks Develop and manage a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques and change management processes 5+ years of customer-facing project management experience in the configuration and deployment of impactful software solutions for manufacturing industries Experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams and reporting to internal and external stakeholders. Strong leadership, escalation management and problem-solving skills Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills (written and verbal) Strong working knowledge of project management software tools and methodologies Agile, Waterfall, SCRUM) Bachelor's degree Must be a US Citizen PMP certification Experience with PLM, or ALM, implementations Experience in Automotive, MedTech or Aerospace Leadership Planning Developing and Tracking Budgets Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies Solid organizational and analytical skills Risk Management Detail oriented
