What you’ll do
As a Senior Project Manager, you will have a crucial role in developing and implementing new and innovative programs to support the quality and reliability of TELUS CSD field operations. You will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering projects that focus on achieving integration and improving efficiencies within TELUS field operations.
Your contribution will be fundamental in creating a highly agile, productive, and efficient field operations team. As a result, you will be able to play an essential role in supporting TELUS’s ongoing commitment to delivering the best possible service to our customers.
As a direct report to the Manager, Program Office, this position is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of projects, including benefits management, to ensure standardization and governance across all field operations.
