You will work on exciting projects that will drive the shift toward cleaner energy and a brighter tomorrow Your key tasks and responsibilities will be: Building, leading and managing projects and teams related to the energy transition in Romania including the development of renewable energy sources, P2X, energy efficiency, and energy storage solutions. Identifying new clients, partners and opportunities. Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to develop sustainable and innovative solutions that support the energy transition and help close the gap between the current state and the desired future state of sustainable development. Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Contribution to Strategies, Energy Audits, Conceptual Studies, Pre-feasibility Studies, Feasibility Studies and other types of deliverables as required by clients. Identifying and managing risks and opportunities associated with projects and ensuring that appropriate mitigation measures are in place. Providing technical expertise and guidance to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams on energy transition -related issues. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners. For this role, we believe your starting point is: Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering or a related field. At least 5 years experience in the energy sector in international projects (eg. funded by EBRD, World Bank, etc). Solid experience in hydro/ thermal / renewable energy projects Solid experience in project management, preferably in the energy sector (international certificate in project management required). Knowledge of energy transition-related technologies and policies. Strong communication, leadership, negotiation and team management skills. Decision-making capability. Ability to lead technical discussions and negotiation with clients. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Fluent in English.
