In this role, you will drive key initiatives involving Organizational Change Management (OCM) for a client Case Management project. Your expertise will facilitate the successful implementation of new systems to support business operations, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders. Your leadership will play a vital role in bridging current and future states, crafting strategic plans, and evaluating the overall success of change initiatives. Conduct baseline assessments and gap analyses to inform project objectives. Facilitate messaging and communication strategies for stakeholders. Implement effective change management plans, including training and support. Measure and evaluate the success of change initiatives through established metrics. Requirements Minimum 5 years of extensive experience in Project Management principles. At least 3 years of lead experience in Project Management roles. Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; additional experience can substitute education. Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required. 3 years of experience applying OCM methodologies in IT projects.
