esc construction consultants is an established business based in Belfast providing Cost Consultancy, Project Management, Project Planning and Project Safety services to highly motivated clients across the UK and Ireland.
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager (Permanent/Full-time) to join our team to work on some of the UK and Ireland’s most exciting building projects across a range of sectors. As an esc Senior Project Manager, you will undertake a leading role to deliver exemplary services to clients. This is a competitive role for professionals ready to elevate their career.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Member of the Association for Project Management (APM) or Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or equivalent professional body (or working towards the accreditation)
• Degree-qualified
• At least 3 years’ project management experience
• Experience of managing projects under NEC3 and NEC4 contracts
• Proven experience of the coordination of concurrent multiple projects
• Experience of working with cross-functional teams
• Full driving licence

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• NEC3 or NEC4 ECC Project Manager Accreditation

KEY SKILLS

• Strong IT skills (M365 package, particularly Excel)
• Effective communication skills with a client-facing approach
• Strong interpersonal skills – including the ability to build and develop relationships
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Analytical thinking and a creative approach to problem solving
• Ability to work under pressure and use your initiative
