About You Who you are is just as important as what you can do. * Highly experienced in managing new store builds, fixture rollouts, and environmental design with a deep understanding of the production lifecycle. * Confident collaborating with General Contractors and other build partners to ensure timelines, budgets, and build standards are met while maintaining relationships with our local market clients * Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, and material samples * Monitor construction progress, quality and project costs and change orders About the Role We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager, Retail to lead our in-store experience, retail marketing, and environmental build initiatives for top-tier clients in the consumer tech space. The ideal candidate brings a hands-on understanding of retail construction, a strong network of production and fabrication partners (including General Contractors), and a passion for elevating how technology brands show up in the physical world. * Oversee end-to-end delivery of retail environments, including: * Project management including schedule and cost control * Construction supervision and site inspection * Store Design coordination and technical support * Lead planning and execution alongside architects, fabricators, and General Contractors, ensuring structural feasibility, brand alignment, and build excellence. * Ensure compliance with local regulations, technical specs, and brand guidelines. * Partner with production leads to maintain quality standards, scalability, and budget accuracy across all physical deliverables. * Proven ability to proactively identify and resolve on-site construction issues. * Familiarity with build documentation such as construction drawings, material specs, installation guides, and closeout reports. * Act as the client lead across retail programs, owning relationships and serving as the primary point of accountability for delivery. * Translate client business objectives into executable plans, aligning design intent, budget, and operational realities. * Drive client communication for status reporting, risk mitigation, budget tracking, and timeline management. * Anticipate and manage risks proactively, providing solutions and clear recommendations to both clients and internal stakeholders. * Direct client approvals and feedback loops, ensuring efficient decision-making while protecting project scope and timelines. * Oversee and ensure accuracy of all build documentation, including construction drawings, material specifications, installation guides, and closeout reports. About the Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior design, or related field preferred. * 10 + years in retail marketing, environmental design, or experiential production with deep experience leading store and fixture builds. * Demonstrated experience working with General Contractors and build partners on site development, permitting, construction, and fixture installation. * Financial fluency with experience managing multi-million dollar budgets. * Experience developing global brand guidelines is a plus. * Able to travel to job sites as needed (approx. 25% of time). * Local or willing to relocate to work in a hybrid office environment at the Plano, Texas office.
