• Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management
• Experience with Expeditor and Expediting tasks
• Inspection and quality assurance skills
• Logistics Management skills for effective coordination of materials and resources
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and travel as needed
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• PMP certification or similar is a plus
