In this key role, you’ll lead multiple exciting projects, bring together cross-functional teams, inspire them to deliver their best, and help shape the future of our Project Management Office (PMO) and products.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Degree or equivalent qualification
• 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in complex technical projects
• 3+ years’ leadership experience in requirements-driven projects
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, PMI, etc.)
• Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus
• Experience in the naval/defense or engineering/manufacturing sector is a plus
• Strong communication and leadership skills – even across multiple locations
• Self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments
• Fluent in English, spoken and written

• Take ownership of the entire project lifecycle – from the first idea to final delivery
• Plan, control, and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
• Implement and monitor project goals in line with internal gate review processes
• Create and maintain project and communication plans for all stakeholders
• Identify risks early and take action to keep projects on track
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our PMO processes
• Mentor Junior Project Managers
• Support business development with new project opportunities
