Position Description: Senior Project Manager – Contingent Pipeline Opportunity – We’re building a talent pipeline for upcoming U.S. Government defense IT and analytics support roles. Opportunities are contingent upon task order awards and funding under existing contracts. Location: Doral, FL Responsibilities: Lead overall contract execution across multiple Work Orders Serve as the primary point of contact for Government leadership and senior stakeholders Provide strategic oversight to ensure alignment with mission objectives and evolving priorities Establish and maintain program governance, reporting, and performance tracking processes Oversee budget execution, resource allocation, and staffing strategy Identify program risks and implement mitigation plans Coordinate across technical, cybersecurity, analytics, and training teams to ensure integrated delivery Ensure compliance with DoD acquisition, governance, and reporting requirements Drive schedule performance, quality standards, and measurable outcomes Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Program Management, or related field OR 10 (ten) years of equivalent experience managing large scale DoD programs Demonstrated experience leading complex federal or DoD contracts Experience managing full program lifecycle from initiation through closeout Experience overseeing budgets, staffing, and cross functional teams Strong background in risk management and performance oversight Experience supporting DoD acquisition and governance frameworks Ability to communicate effectively with senior Government and interagency stakeholders Desired Skills and Experience: Experience supporting Combatant Command or intelligence related programs Experience managing cloud, cybersecurity, data analytics, or mission IT initiatives Experience in interagency coordination environments Experience leading geographically dispersed teams Certifications: Required: Project Management Professional (PMP) Preferred: Lean Six Sigma certification, DAWIA Level III in Program Management, Program Management Professional (PgMP) Clearance Requirement: Must have an active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
