The Role

You will take ownership of enterprise SaaS delivery projects from planning through to implementation, managing both the technical delivery and the third-party client relationship.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing end-to-end SaaS and software delivery projects for external enterprise customers
• Acting as a key delivery contact for third-party client stakeholders
• Managing project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and actions
• Leading Agile and Scrum ceremonies across technical teams
• Coordinating Product, Engineering, Data and other delivery functions
• Managing scope, priorities and expectations with customers
• Identifying blockers early and driving them through to resolution
• Producing clear project and programme updates for senior stakeholders
• Supporting data and BI initiatives, including dashboard and reporting projects
• Working closely with the Programme Manager across multiple customer workstreams
