Description
Manage development projects for Discrete Consumer Products from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management plans Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and timelines fit into dynamic business needs Analyze and resolve project-related issues, using advanced problem-solving skills and root cause analysis Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial), Physics, Chemistry), or a similar field At least 6 years of relevant professional experience, ideally with exposure to semiconductor technology, process engineering, test engineering or manufacturing operations In-depth knowledge of project management, with at least 4 years of experience leading cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity. IPMA C certification or equivalent is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex challenges and make informed decisions Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and engage with senior management Fluent English communication skills, German as a plus - Power & Sensor Systems (PSS) drives leading-edge power management, sensing and data transfer capabilities - Infineon PSS semiconductors play a vital role in enabling intelligent power management, smart sensitivity as well as fast and reliable data processing in an increasingly digitalized world.
