Are you an experienced and dedicated Senior Project Manager, with a strong passion for making a difference in the world and believe that technology is part of the solution to solve climate change?
In this crucial role within our Operations Team you will as Senior Project Manager collaborate closely with sales, engineering, supply chain, sub-vendors and partners in execution of EPC projects. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. Success in this role requires a proactive, self-driven individual with a collaborative spirit.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor or Masters degree in engineering
• Extensive experience as Project Manager with minimum 10 years
• Experience as Project Manager successfully with multi-discipline projects
• Experience from EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) contracts, preferably from onshore industry
• Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
• Strong track record in risk management, budgeting, and aligning project outcomes with long-term business objectives.
• Advanced skills in influencing decision-makers across complex organizational structures.
• Ability to inspire and motivate multidisciplinary teams, providing both strategic guidance and hands-on support.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal (Norwegian and English)
