We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager with a strong engineering background and a passion for deploying smart water solutions at scale.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Environmental, Civil, or related discipline).
• minimum 5 years of experience in municipal water and/or wastewater engineering or operations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Technologically adept and enthusiastic about working with data-driven platforms.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
• Proven ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication and persuasive skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Experience with hydraulic modeling or GIS is a strong plus.
• Positive, proactive, and adaptable with a growth-oriented mindset.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end onboarding of municipalities onto the Aquasight platform. You will work directly with utility clients, engineering teams, and data specialists to deploy AI-driven water and wastewater solutions. You will make an immediate impact by enabling digital transformation in public utilities, while growing your own skillset in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage the onboarding of municipal water and wastewater systems onto Aquasight’s AI SaaS platform.
• Coordinate and execute 3–5 simultaneous client onboarding projects, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, driving adoption and engagement.
• Quickly understand critical O&M processes, operational workflows, and technologies in client utilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, data science) to deliver high-impact results.
• Provide regular, organized updates on project progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve the onboarding process.
• Promote best practices and standardization across onboarding workflows.
• Travel may be required, though most work is performed virtually.
