Support permitting and approvals, including construction permits, utility connections and compliance with applicable German building, environmental, health and safety and energy standards.
Oversee construction activities, contractor performance, site progress, quality and safety, including integration of owner-furnished, contractor-installed systems and equipment.
Manage project budgets, forecasts, cost reporting, change control and risk mitigation, ensuring decisions and issues are clearly documented and communicated.
Lead quality control, testing, commissioning and operational readiness activities, ensuring electrical, mechanical, cooling, fire suppression and IT infrastructure systems meet design requirements.
Ensure smooth handover to clients, tenants and operations teams, including documentation, warranties, operational manuals, maintenance schedules and post-construction support.
Provide clear progress reporting to senior management, clients and stakeholders, maintaining accurate project records, schedules and decision logs.
