YOUR CAPABILITIES AND CREDENTIALS
- Collaborative team player capable of building relationships both internally and externally
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proven ability to build consensus and cooperation with staff at all skill levels.
- Skilled at inspiring, motivating, and holding team accountable for delivery for innovative designs.
- Experienced in civil engineering including water resources, water and wastewater utility business.
- Experienced in client service management, interfacing with executive and governing body membership, and communication of engineering issues, concepts and strategies to identify critical client issues and needs.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil/Environmental Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Master of Science in Civil/Environmental, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering from an accredited institution preferred.
- Licensed Professional Engineer, preferably licensed in Georgia or the combination of education and experience to qualify for licensure within one year of hire.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in water infrastructure project leadership and delivery roles
- Must have good driving record and valid driver’s license.
