EXPERIENCED CUSTOMER-FACING SENIOR IT PROJECT MANAGER WITH A COMMERCIAL MINDSET

You are known for your straightforward manner as well as your ability to set a clear direction, always thinking and planning ahead. You also know how to navigate an ever-changing environment, and with your solid communication skills, you navigate between stakeholders at all levels of the organization without difficulty.
Also, you are not afraid to take the lead, but at the same time, you are responsive to your team and see value in sharing knowledge with your colleagues.

Moreover, we expect you to:

• Used to work in a customer-facing role (prerequisite)
• Have solid experience in acting in the proposal stage of new engagements (prerequisite)
• Have 5+ years of project management experience, having delivered successful large IT projects
• Master the project management discipline in all facets, ideally having a certification such as PRINCE2, IPMA or PMI
• Bring a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration
• Know how to build solid professional relationships and have experience with international stakeholder management
• Have an understanding of what it means to manage projects within the realm of IT, understanding the link between technology, organization, and finance
• Speak and write English and German effortlessly (prerequisite)
• Ability to communicate in French is an advantage, but not a requirement
