JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-end window and door installation projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management skills with expertise in estimation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role requires hands-on experience with specialized tools and a proven track record in managing luxury and complex builds. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 8+ years in project management within the glazing, construction, or building materials industry.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager on high-end projects, such as luxury residential, commercial high-rises, or condominium developments.
  • Extensive experience as a Senior Estimator, with a strong ability to develop detailed quotes and bids.
  • Hands-on expertise using the ES Windows estimating tool for accurate quoting and material planning in window and door projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of hurricane impact-resistant products, building codes, and industry standards (e.g., Florida Building Code).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • PMP or similar certification.
  • Experience working with glazing companies.
  • Full bilingual in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of high-end window and door projects, including Estimations review, planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, clients, and internal teams to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Utilize estimating tools to prepare accurate quotes, and bids for proposals.
  • Manage on-site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality expectations.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and client meetings to maintain strong relationships and address any issues promptly.
  • Prepare detailed reports on project status, financials, and performance metrics for senior leadership.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements for enhanced efficiency.
  • Ensure all projects align with company’s commitment to sustainability, innovation, and excellence in impact-resistant solutions.
