ICF is hiring a Senior Project Manager, Supply Chain Remediation Research to support the following client -U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL) Bureau of International Labor Affairs (ILAB) Office of Child Labor, Forced Labor and Human Trafficking (OCFT)- in creating a comprehensive global tool to support forced labor remediation approaches within global supply chains.
On behalf of OCFT, ICF conducts research, provides analysis, and supports the preparation of written communications related to international child labor, forced labor, human trafficking, trade, supply chain, and forced labor remediation.
The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Remediation Research will support research and literature review activities focused on corporate best practice and effective forced labor remediation tools. The Senior Manager will write for their intended audience, formulate strategies to engage with relevant stakeholders based on USDOL priorities and interests, and will advise USDOL on forced labor remediation tools. This position will also support coordination activities and communications between elements of USDOL, other US Government agencies, the private sector, civil society organizations, and other relevant regional and international organizations.
The position will be full-time with a hybrid office arrangement. Occasional travel for client meetings with USDOL in either ICF’s Washington DC or Rockville, MD offices will be required.
