MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years in project management of product development projects, with preference in the medical device, automotive, aerospace sectors
• Sustainability projects
• Profound knowledge of project management processes, methodologies and tools & techniques
• Advanced problem-solving skills
• Ability to encourage and enable people to work together as a team to reach common goals
• Ability to influence decisions making in pursuing project objectives
• Reporting, communicating, presenting and collaborating with steering groups, C-level stakeholders and with customers
• Engineering degree or equivalent
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• PMP Certification preferred
• Experience with injection moulding productsRelatively high seniority to ensure collaboration with C-Levels, Managing Director and other senior staff on eye level.
