We are looking for an experienced Project Manager in UAE who is more focused to Residential and F& B projects
Managing Client’s expectations and reporting on project progress
· Supporting the SBID project team
· Identifying a line of communication and coordination with the project team
· Managing Consultants, Client’s management teams, Vendors, and SBID internal team
· Reviewing Contracts and providing comments and recommendations
· Developing and maintaining project scope
· Develops milestone schedule and coordinate requirements
· Controlling project resources and activities in accordance with a program schedule and requirements
· Managing contract deliverables to ensure that scope is delivered as per the agreed terms and conditions
· Monitoring and controlling project estimation and procurement processes
· Reviewing of Consultant and vendors proposals
· Coordinates the efforts of various team members to ensure that required tasks can be accomplished
· Managing budget throughout the project phases and reporting on status and requirements
· Coordinate changes and updates with project team members
· Recommends changes and customizes project procedures to ensure better efficiency
· Develops an alternate course of action for completing a job should the initial plan fail
· Creating Documentation and Reports:
o Project Execution Plan
o Program Schedule
o Requirements Checklist
o Risk register
o Resource schedule
o Cash-flow schedule (in/out)
o Reports (MOM, Weekly/Dashboard, and Monthly Reports)
· Report to Project Director on weekly bases: Cashflow (IN/OUT), Progress, Updated Plan, Risks, Delays, and Forecast for next week.
· Involvement in project processes:
o Negotiations with Clients and Subcontractors
o Contract review and implementation
o Project Accounting
o Reviewing and managing BM and FM requirements,
o Reviewing and managing Local Authority Requirements
o Controlling Local Authority Approvals process / Available support Project Coordinator
o Managing Design and Fit-Out works / Support of the Design team, Construction Manager, and Site Engineer available
o Coordinating requirements with Design Team and Consultants
o Coordinating design development and approvals
o Coordinating shop drawings approvals
o Coordinating approvals of material samples and specifications
o Coordinating procurement requirements
o Monitoring and controlling site works, quality, and safety
o Quality control
o Coordinating and managing final authority approvals and handover processes.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
· Is able to foster a sense of team spirit within different departments
· Communicates well and relays information in a timely manner
· Has good budgeting skills and is able to reduce costs without making adjustments that would affect quality
· Knows what is required in order for a particular project to be completed, and has realistic expectations as far as meeting deadlines
· Possesses good math skills, and can make accurate calculations quickly and easily
· Has good leadership and supervisory skills
· Excellent skills in Planning Program, MS Project and MS Office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED19,000.00 - AED23,000.00 per month
