SENIOR DELIVERY PROJECT MANAGER

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Project Manager who is motivated to take ownership of delivery and support operations to ensure smooth transitions for our customers. Much of your success will be defined by the satisfaction and trust of our customers.

Our ideal candidate:

  • has min. five years of project management experience within complex software development
  • brings strong leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing teams
  • has experience with technical project management and subcontractor coordination
  • has experience with operations set-up (infrastructure operations and applications operations (this is seen as a plus)
  • is fluent in both English and Danish, and thrives in an international work environment.

Responsibilities

As a Delivery Project Manager, you will lead the Delivery and Service Request team, ensuring the seamless handover of product deliveries (releases) to our customers. You will collaborate closely with customers to prepare them for operations and establish effective support structures. Additionally, you will oversee the Service Desk setup, working with our Customer Operations team to provide high-quality support and service. Your role will be key in driving smooth transitions, fostering strong customer relationships and optimising our delivery and support processes.

In this role, you will:

  • be responsible for delivery and support services to our customers, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring full product delivery responsibility as the main contractor
  • coordinate with subcontractors on support and delivery
  • manage and delegate tasks within the Support and Delivery teams
  • plan QA processes for the Support and Delivery set-up in cooperation with the QA team
  • be responsible for driving tools and processes, including ITIL and our ITSM system
  • drive continuous improvements and foster a learning environment internally in the teams and in the collaboration with customers.
