Talent360 is hiring for one of our clients' Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale, complex projects from concept to completion. This role requires exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and strategic planning skills. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the full project lifecycle including planning, budgeting, execution, and closing. - Manage large interdisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders. - Review and approve project plans, schedules, and technical documentation. - Oversee financial performance, cash flow, and resource planning. - Ensure project risks are identified, analyzed, and mitigated. - Communicate effectively with clients and senior management. - Drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and quality across all project phases. - Make high-level decisions and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field. - 8–10 years of solid, progressive project management experience. - Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Proven track record of delivering large, complex projects successfully. - Advanced knowledge of project methodologies and tools. - PMP certification is a strong advantage.
