ou’ll be responsible for:

• Leading projects from discovery and planning through to delivery
• Developing business cases, estimates, project plans, schedules and forecasts
• Driving cloud, SaaS, application and broader technology initiatives
• Managing complex risks, issues, dependencies and competing priorities
• Working closely with Product Owners, technology teams and senior business stakeholders
• Managing external vendors, consultants and contracts
• Providing clear reporting and insights to senior leadership and governance forums
• Keeping delivery moving across multiple workstreams and dependencies

Skills and experience

• Strong Project Management experience and be comfortable stepping into a complex environment and taking ownership quickly.
• Previous experience delivering application and SaaS projects
• A track record of managing projects involving both business and technology change
• Experience developing and validating business cases and estimates
• Strong vendor and contract management experience
• Experience working across Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and the confidence to influence at all levels
• The ability to navigate ambiguity, competing priorities and complex dependencies
• Experience within higher education or tertiary environments would be highly regarded
