SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER – ICI CONSTRUCTION

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000
We are representing a family-owned and operated ICI construction company with deep expertise in corporate interior projects. With a staff of 15+, the company has built a strong reputation delivering interior corporate office spaces, additions, and renovations across the GTA and is now expanding into ground-up ICI and flex industrial projects.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects end-to-end, with a strong emphasis on interior corporate construction. You will also have the opportunity to support the company’s growth into new-build projects while mentoring junior team members and ensuring client satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10+ years of experience in ICI construction, with a strong focus on corporate interiors.
• Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar projects.
• Experience with new-build or flex industrial projects is an asset.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Lead all aspects of ICI projects, including corporate interiors, additions, and new-build.
• Manage schedules, budgets, contracts, and tendering processes.
• Act as the primary liaison with clients, consultants, and site teams.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project coordinators and junior staff.
• Ensure quality control and deliver projects that exceed client expectations.
