REQUIREMENTS

• 10+ years of experience working in a Project Management role
• Experienced working for a General Contractor, knowledgeable in general civil works including excavation, site development, foundations, utilities, shoring and pipeline construction.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, scopes, and resource allocation
• Monitor and control project budgets, manage costs, and handle change orders.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor construction progress, and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Strong communication skills and work ethic
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, industry related softwares
• Ability to work on-site for scheduled rotation, immediate availability is preferred.
