Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive and seasoned Senior Project Manager with a strong focus on technology delivery, change management, and strategic communications to lead and support key global initiatives within Talent Discovery (TD) and across People and Culture (P&C). This position plays a pivotal role in orchestrating complex projects, driving HR technology innovation, and supporting AI-powered transformation – including SAP integrations and platforms like Joule.
You will work closely with global stakeholders, project leads, HR technology teams, and internal communication partners to align initiatives with organizational priorities, deliver business value, and ensure change is effectively communicated and adopted.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Project Leadership: Lead or support the coordination of complex projects and strategic initiatives, with a strong focus on IT implementation and SAP system integration.
  • AI & Innovation Projects: Contribute to the design and deployment of AI-driven HR initiatives and ensure their integration into the existing solution architecture.
  • Team & Stakeholder Coordination: Manage project teams, organize meetings, and maintain open communication across all relevant stakeholders – including internal teams, external partners, and cross-regional collaborators.
  • Change Management: Co-lead the design and implementation of change strategies to support HR transformation, system rollouts, and new processes, particularly in relation to Employee Central (EC) and HR reporting.
  • Strategic Communication: Create, manage, and deliver internal communications to drive alignment and engagement, including executive-level presentations, SharePoint updates, and employee communication assets.
  • Works Council Support: Act as a consultant and coordinator for Works Council-related activities, ensuring all documentation and communications are in line with legal and organizational requirements.
  • Business Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements for IT automation and transformation, ensuring alignment with global HR and business strategy.
  • Project Tracking: Ensure project status and milestones are consistently updated in project trackers and communicated to leadership.
  • Enablement & Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate internal communication events, engagement initiatives, best practice sharing, and training efforts.
  • Post-Implementation Review: Capture and document lessons learned and conduct business value retrospectives to support continuous improvement.
