What You’ll Do As the Senior Project Manager – Technology & Data, you will serve as the senior-most technical program management resource supporting the Indiana Dept. of Health Rural Health Transformation Program’s (RHTP) cross-cutting technology and data infrastructure needs. You will oversee planning, coordination, and delivery of technology initiatives that span multiple RHTP workstreams — including data platform modernization, CRM/constituent management systems, vendor coordination, and enterprise-level reporting architecture. This is the highest-complexity role in the RHTP staffing portfolio, requiring deep experience managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder technology programs in government or healthcare environments. You will engage directly with IDOH executive leadership, vendor partners, and CMS performance measurement frameworks to ensure that RHTP’s technology investments deliver measurable, sustainable value. Requirements What You Bring 15–20+ years of progressive program/project management experience Experience supporting large, multi-stakeholder technology projects in government or healthcare settings Familiarity with RFP/RFI processes, vendor coordination, and budget tracking Strong knowledge of PMO frameworks and governance practices Demonstrated ability to lead in complex, ambiguous environments with competing priorities Preferred Qualifications Experience with health IT architecture, data governance, or CRM platforms preferred At CSpring, we unlock the potential of people and data.
