Description Senior Project Manager Experience: 10+ years Project Management experience Reports To: Business Unit Manager / Division Leadership Role Summary The Senior Project Manager provides leadership over large-scale and strategically important communications projects. This role influences division financial performance, mentors project staff, and supports long-term business growth. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the division’s most complex and high-risk projects Provide strategic input on project execution, staffing, and financial planning Review and approve project budgets, forecasts, and change management Mentor and develop Project Managers at all levels Support business development efforts and client relationship management Drive best practices, process improvements, and operational efficiency Partner with leadership to achieve divisional performance goals Requirements Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Expert-level project management and financial oversight skills Strong leadership and team development capabilities High-level strategic thinking and decision-making ability Exceptional client and stakeholder management skills Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred 10+ years of project management experience in communications or construction required Project Management certification required
