Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from a reputable university. 5+ years of experience in managing high-rise building projects, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, and relevant industry regulations. Proven ability to lead project teams, coordinate with contractors and consultants, and manage complex timelines and budgets. Skilled in project planning, risk management, and using tools like Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, or similar software. Responsibilities: Take charge of overseeing building projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Adjust project plans to align with management needs, demonstrating flexibility to meet evolving project requirements in the building construction sector. Manage, supervise, and coach the project team members, fostering an environment where they can enhance their capabilities and contribute effectively to building project success. Leverage expertise in project management tools and software specific to building construction, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in the overall project development process. Exhibit a positive attitude, result-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills.
