This role requires strong coordination across multiple disciplines, ensuring alignment among stakeholders while balancing competing priorities. The Project Manager will drive strategic outcomes by delivering measurable project benefits and influencing senior leaders and executives. In addition, the role focuses on optimizing cross-project processes and mentoring junior project managers in best practices and standards.   Responsibilities * Lead organization wide projects with significant complexity * Manage interdependencies across multiple knowledge areas * Drive stakeholder alignment and manage conflicting priorities * Ensure realization of project benefits and alignment to strategic objectives * Influence senior stakeholders and executives * Standardize and optimize processes across projects * Mentor junior PMs in standards and best practices   Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent * 5–8+ years of experience managing complex projects * Advanced application of PM principles * PMP certification required, Agile certifications a plus * Proven ability to manage ambiguity and organizational complexity * Strong coaching and leadership capabilities * Clearances Required: Act 73 FBI, Act 34 Criminal Clearance, and Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance   Benefits Summary We're proud to offer generous benefits to our team members.
