Tasks and Desired Skills:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of complex, high-visibility projects, particularly those related to data platforms, analytics capabilities, and enterprise-wide transformation.
• Organize and lead cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, business stakeholders, and external vendors. Ensure alignment on objectives, priorities, and timelines.
• Navigate multi-modal delivery environments (Agile, SAFe, hybrid) and tailor project management approaches based on context and evolving needs.
• Organize and lead planning, monitoring, and feedback sessions at various management and delivery team levels.
• Uphold project management standards and practices from the PMO and Centers of Excellence (CoE), fostering a culture of continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve problems, and remove delivery roadblocks. Develop and execute action plans to ensure project success.
• Provide regular, comprehensive updates on project progress, delivered value, timelines, costs, risks, and benefits. Offer strategic insights and aligned solutions.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, data analytics, or related field.
• Min of 8 years of experience in IT project management, with a strong track record in data/analytics initiatives or transformation programs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, clarify complex initiatives, and drive momentum in evolving environments.
• Skilled at stakeholder alignment, expectation management, and promoting collaboration across business and technical teams.
• Proficient with project planning and tracking tools. Familiar with Agile, SAFe, and Lean practices.

Preferred Assets:

• Experience with Salesforce, data platforms, and MuleSoft integrations
• Knowledge of the insurance or financial services sector
• Certifications: PMI-ACP, PSM I or higher, SAFe® RTE, PMP
