Job Description We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Melbourne based Occupier Fit Out team. You will be responsible for leading and delivering high-quality projects for our clients, from inception to completion. You will also contribute to the growth and development of our business, by building strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders. Define the project scope, objectives, success criteria, and deliverables, in consultation with the client and other stakeholders Establish and maintain effective project governance, processes, and systems, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, health, and environment standards Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, and monitor and control the project progress, performance, and risks Manage the project budget and resources, and ensure timely and accurate invoicing and reporting Communicate and coordinate with the project team, the client, and other consultants, throughout the project lifecycle Prepare and present regular project updates and reports, highlighting achievements, issues, and recommendations Lead and facilitate the resolution of any problems or conflicts that may arise during the project Ensure the delivery of the project outcomes, meeting or exceeding the client’s expectations and satisfaction Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients, and assist in the preparation of bid proposals Share and apply the best practices and lessons learned from each project, and contribute to the improvement of our products and services Qualifications Having min 8 years experience in interior fit out project, preferable in consultant environment End-to-end experience in construction project is a must Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels A proactive and problem-solving attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and deliver under pressure A passion for delivering high-quality and innovative solutions for our clients A commitment to continuous learning and professional development Additional Information Join our social media conversations for more information about Turner & Townsend and our exciting future projects: Twitter Instagram LinkedIn It is strictly against Turner & Townsend policy for candidates to pay any fee in relation to our recruitment process.
