About the Role As part of the CRR Lead Integrator organization, the position is within the technical workstream responsible for leading the integration and testing of the rail systems and rolling stock for the Cross River Rail project. The rail systems include: ETCS, Train Control, PSD, TVCS, OMCS, Radio, Communications and other control and E&M systems. The responsivities cover: · Resolve technical issues arising from the system integration process. · Develop and prepare integration test cases and test procedures. · Manage the test document review and approval process. · Respond to technical enquires raised by other project parties. · Develop proposal of technical solutions to senior leadership team for endorsement. · Manage stakeholders to reach agreement on integration strategy and proposals. · Provide technical advice to gain safety regulatory approval for critical project milestones. About You · Tertiary qualifications in a relevant engineering discipline · A demonstrable track record of achievement in a similar role, with over 5 years’ experience. · Must have an Australian Drivers Licence Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks and simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.
