To provide support to our project managers in coordinating the activities of a project to ensure cost, schedule, document control and quality standards are met.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• H&S qualification
• Construction and/or related Project management qualification (desired but not essential)
• Experience with construction planning, estimating, budgeting and forecasting
• Supporting multiple successful projects varying in size, value and complexity
• Supported a project team
• Financial – Progress claims / Invoices
• Project procurement – Sub Contracts / Purchase orders
• Sub contractor selection
• Project management software and Microsoft office suite
• Design & Build experience
• Experience with commercial interior office fitouts
• Knowledge of building codes and health &safety standards
• Commercial awareness
