Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Initiation:
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.
  • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Leadership and Team Management:
  • Lead and mentor project team members, fostering collaboration and productivity.
  • Resolve conflicts and maintain team morale.
  • Delegate project tasks based on junior staff member’s individual strengths and experience levels, ensuring accountability.
  • Continually develop and expand leadership skills.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are managed.
  • Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions effectively.
  • Align project objectives with business goals and stakeholder priorities.
  • Execution and Monitoring:
  • Oversee day-to-day project activities to ensure adherence to the plan.
  • Monitor project performance using tools and methodologies like KPIs, dashboards, or Agile frameworks.
  • Adjust plans as needed to address issues or changes in scope.
  • Budget and Resource Management:
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the optimal execution of multiple projects.
  • Optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
  • Approve and oversee vendor contracts or procurement processes.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Risk and Issue Management:
  • Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Address issues proactively to prevent project delays or failures.
  • Project Closure and Evaluation:
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate success and gather lessons learned.
  • Deliver final project documentation and ensure a smooth transition to operations.

  • Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $95,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
