Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with investigators, partners, people with lived experience, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful coordination and timely completion of the ParkinsonNet project.
  • Prepare and coordinate research-related administration, including governance and ethics approvals, timelines, risk registry’s, communication strategy, and data collection and management protocols.
  • Coordinate project team, investigator, steering and consumer group meetings and provide high level support and advice.
  • Assist with the coordination and overseeing of data collection, including surveys, focus groups, interviews, audits and questionnaires.
  • Prepare and submit reports and be the main point of contact for all internal and external bodies (i.e. investigator meetings, funder, ethics) as required.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners, particularly Fight Parkinson’s, Parkinson’s Tasmania, the Tasmanian Health Service, Western Alliance and National Allied Health Professional organisations.
  • Comply with the Australian Code for the Responsible Conduct of Research and UTAS Framework for the Responsible Conduct of Research.
