ABOUT THE JOB

Utilus is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Scrum Master to join our rapidly growing team. The Senior Project Manager is critical to the success of our collaboration with our clients.
As a Senior Project Manager you are critical to the success of our collaboration with our clients. You will be involved at every stage of the project, from kick-off, through delivery and implementation. You will also be responsible for coordinating the planning, reportring & tracking progress.
As a Scrum Master, you will support up to 3 Scrum teams through coaching, continuous improvement and ensuring that the teams follow Agile principles to deliver value efficiently. You will also take an active role in supporting and developing our people in their own journey of growth.

• Project Management: you develop and manage projects from start to finish, set up project plans/schedules, and budgets to align with client’s objectives and capabilities
• Change Management: you coordinate project activities, track progress, and adapt plans to ensure successful delivery while overseeing risk- and change management
• Agile Process Facilitation: you drive agile practices, facilitate ceremonies, and foster collaboration to enable iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
• Leadership: you lead and manage project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes and you mentor and coach project team members
