About This Job We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Casago Franchise Operations team to drive multiple concurrent and complex projects. You will be the cornerstone of collaboration between the Franchise Operations team as well as our Business Partners and Stakeholders to ensure success by developing unique solutions to meet demanding deadlines. You will act as the right hand to the VP of Franchise Operations. The scope of work will be complex, you must have a strong understanding of how other departments function in order to correctly identify owners that establish success across the organization. You must be proactive, self-starting, and able to view a situation from all perspectives. You must be comfortable with strategic execution on programs along with project management. You will be collaborating and working in conjunction with leadership to best utilize internal resources and achieve demanding deliverables. Essential Job Functions Manage multiple projects and provide progress reports. Partner with key stakeholders to define project scope and timelines. Partner with leadership to understand upcoming challenges and conduct needs analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify the best options to deliver on a reasonable schedule, while validating and documenting project requirements and workflows. Develop strong knowledge of stakeholder activities, processes, and challenges to help identify and develop operational improvements. Act as an expert and evangelist for the Franchise Operations team most explicitly within the Shared Services space, splitting between Project Management and strategic execution. Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing program performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process optimizations. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the function. Contribute to a collaborative work environment that promotes open communication, innovation, and employee engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, as well as internal and external stakeholders to align departmental goals with broader organizational strategy. Other duties as assigned because every day is different in hospitality! Skills + Qualifications Experience working in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry is highly preferred. Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred, though we recognize that great talent comes from many different paths. 5+ years of experience in Project Management, PMP is a plus. Proficient in project management tools, Gsuite, and ability to adapt to various technology platforms based on external stakeholder requirements.. Analytical skills with attention to detail. Strategic mindset and ability to develop strategic plans for programs. Humble, eager to learn, and comfortable growing your knowledge base and skill set daily. Tech-savvy with experience using various digital systems and applications and comfortable using mobile apps, tablets, and various software platforms. Comfortable talking to people—online or in person—and being able to share information in a way that’s clear, thoughtful, and easy to understand.
