Description
  • Lead all phases of construction projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Oversee procurement, contract negotiations, and change order management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
  • Mentor and guide project engineers and assistant project managers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support preconstruction planning and value engineering.
  • Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings to monitor performance and resolve issues.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
  • Proven track record managing projects in sectors such as healthcare, education, multifamily, or industrial.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
